Manuscript on Islamic law according to the Mālikī School, being a commentary by al-Tāwudī on Tuḥfat al-ḥukkām fī nukat al-ʻuqūd wa-al-aḥkām (also known by the title al-ʻĀṣimīyah), a treatise in verse on Islamic law by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn ʻĀṣim (1359-1426), a prolific islamic scholar, judge and vizier from Granada, Andalusia (Spain). Copied on 13 Ramaḍān, 1258 (18 October, 1842) by ʻAbd al-Salām ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Sharīf al-Darqāwī for Aḥmad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-Banānī probably in Morocco.
